­The FAV is a non-profit registered association. It is a voluntary association of regional companies providing vocational training. Since 1996, the FAV has expressly been pursuing the goal of promoting the training and further education of its members in our region and the promotion of skilled workers.

· the tailor-made organisation of supplementary trainings and additional qualifications in cooperation with FAV SERVICE gGmbH
· the organisation of informative meetings, vocational orientation and aptitude tests as well as support in choosing a profession in schools
· the supporting of applicant acquisition for training positions in companies
· support of apprentices and companies providing trainings in the case of training barriers

  Educational guidance & coaching
· the implementation of transnational projects for the professional development
· the organisation of internships in Germany and abroad as well as for occupational orientation
· regional public relations, e.g. by participating in apprenticeship fairs

­Der FAV ist ein gemeinnütziger eingetragener Verein. Es handelt sich um einen freiwilligen Zusammenschluss von regionalen Ausbildungsunternehmen. Seit 1996 verfolgt der FAV ausdrücklichen das Ziel der Förderung der Aus- und Weiterbildung seiner Mitglieder in unserer Region und der Förderung von Fachkräften.

· die Durchführung transnationaler Projekte zur Fachkräfteentwicklung
· die Organisation von Praktika im In- und Ausland sowie zur Berufsorientierung
· regionale Öffentlichkeitsarbeit z. B. durch Teilnahme an Ausbildungsbörsen
